'It just wasn’t what I expected; a bit rundown, with stains on the wallpaper, curtains that were a bit worn out and didn’t blackout the room. Worst than that was the noise that came in from the street (even in my 15th floor room). It was really like the window was open, street noises all night long that kept me awake. Not up to the 5 star standard it claims to have. '

'Liked hotel, close to TRA. The room was spacious, However, there is only one hook with 3 hangers in the entire room. No shelfs or drawers to put/hang anything. Literally had to live out of my suitcase for the 4 days we stayed there. No hooks in bathroom either to hang clothes. The bathtub design is lacking that water will drip out to floor when showering. The use of free laundry machine was a bonus. Loved the location of hotel as it is very convenient for travelling on buses and train.'
