'It just wasn’t what I expected; a bit rundown, with stains on the wallpaper, curtains that were a bit worn out and didn’t blackout the room. Worst than that was the noise that came in from the street (even in my 15th floor room). It was really like the window was open, street noises all night long that kept me awake. Not up to the 5 star standard it claims to have. '

'Well services 5star hotel. No complaints on anything. Absolutely happy overall. However some minor things, 1. TV unit was not equipped with Google Chromecast(later staff confirmed it can be provided)2. Swimming pool on top is deeper on one side with 1.9mtrs(higher than average man height) mainly suitable for professional swimmers. Adjacent 1/3 area is 1.3mtr deep, however lifeguard on duty always.'
