'Millie at the front desk eas so sweet and so helpful. The pool area was great. The bar/lounging area was amazing. The food at the restaurant was flawless. The hotel location was super helpful to having a convenient day/night daily. Overall, will definitely be returning. Best hotel in Gatlinburg hands down!!!! '

'Hotel was nice and rooms were very roomy which was nice. However, it’s very noisy with kids in hall and walking around and doors opening and closing. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Nice pillows though. This is perfect if you have kids and don’t mind the hustle and bustle of being in a kid environment. Also, I WOULD NOT recommend the breakfast. I read reviews which some said weren’t too good and we wanted something quick as we were in a hurry and just ate downstairs. Pancakes were hard. Breads,...

"Like most modern Am. hotels the environment is unattractive. However, the rooms arelovely and spacious. There is a nice shop and good restaurant, friendly service, etc. Over all our best and most price-worthy fascility in the USA until now. "

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "

"The room was clean and the beds were amazing! The location could not been better. Breakfast was ok. Only thing that was a bit too bad was that we were at the end of a long hallway and it was late in the afternoon before they came to clean our room. Like around 5:00 pm, but most of the days we would be there to get ready for dinner so super inconvenient…"
