'Hilton is a lovely hotel but is overdue a refresh of the rooms. The communal areas are all beautiful but the rooms are a little bit tired. What saves the hotel is that every room has a balcony and that there are birds in the morning. One morning I had the pleasure of waking up to wild macaws and parakeets that were clearly visible from my balcony. Coming from the UK that helped me overlook some of the tiredness of the room!'

'The airco was most of the week not working in our room and therefore it was really to hot on the hotel room. We asked for this services, but it was not done. The buffet for lunch and diner was closed because the hotelmanagement decided that there were not enough guests in the hotel to prepare lunch and diner buffet. I think this was not a guest-friendly decision. We could only use the fine dining restaurant which we did for 1 night. The food there was low quality and extremely high price, so...
