'Hotel is in a good location great rooms and well cleaned daily - aircon is a large old unit which was quite noisy but worked! Staff were good. Lovely pool and pool area - though they played the same angst indie music quite loud on a loop all day! Beach staff were great - very helpful. Set in lovely gardens a few minutes from the beach with shops and restaurants on our doorstep. '

'This property is not at all as advertised - there is no gym, no spa, the food is not high quality and some of the rooms don’t even have curtains. Only a few if the restaurants are functional. The service is slow and it is misleading to describe it as a luxury hotel. I have lost trust in Marriott and Expedia. '

'Pros: Beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. Beachfront rooms in buildings 1 and 2 are phenomenal. Great close access to reef right off the beach. Great food we thought. Also we drank tap water with no problems. Happy hour two-for-one is the best deal of the day. Cons: Free Continental breakfast is okay but continental does not include eggs, bacon, pancakes, or waffles, things you would expect in the States. Our room was phenomenal but a building smoke alarm went off four of the seven...

'Wish I could give 5/5 stars but I can due to some customer service issues. Sabine was terribly rude and should not be in customer service. Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma....
