"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "

"Net hotel, maar geen 4 sterren waardig. Geen room service (wel een picknick service met broodjes van de Starbucks beneden). Geen badjassen. Meer een soort Novotel. Netjes maar eenvoudig. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to the airport was nice, but we also walked to the metro which is also not far. Room was nice too, great value for money"
