'This property was a bit higher in proce but it was clean with friendly staff. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available at all times. I also felt the location was perfect for exploring Helen. Most shops were within walking distance which was wonderful considering the parking lots were pay to park in town. '

'Very nice hotel in excellent placement to downtown Helen. The property is in great condition, the breakfast is hot and offers eggs, bacon, biscuits, waffles, fruit, cereal, and muffins. Hot coffee and various juices. The city park is directly behind the hotel on the river. Beautiful area '

'The resort is gorgeous and comfortable. The staff are wonderful, except for the person who checked us in. Jody put us in the wrong room and then made a snarky comment about my husband's shirt. Regan, Daniel, and Steve are marvelous and made the whole stay delightful. Thank you!'

'We had a lovely time. Excellent location in the heart of Helen. We could walk to everything we wanted to see.'

'Loved the accommodations but almost didn't get in. There were no instructions regarding check in. There was no office and no phone communications available. I didn't have any information about how to get keys and find out where my unit was located. Had the flag down another guest who told me about going into a unmanned guard house to get an envelope with instructions and a key. Without her info, I wouldn't have had any way of checking in. I tried calling the company but got a message that said...

'Pam and her assistant April really care about you and strive to meet any and all needs you may have. The cabin was adorably decorated for Christmas with a tree and perfect for exceeding our expectations with the grands anticipating Santa. Be prepared to get your steps in and make sure you're stretched and ready lol!! I feel like we were hosted by Family and will definitely consider staying again!'

'Our stay was incredible! We were in the area for the Helen Christmas tree lighting and market. We ended up staying another night because this Inn was so great. Rebecca was amazing and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The Inn is beautiful and steeped in history. I highly recommend this place for couples as it has such a historic and romantic feel to it.'
