'Great location for an overnight stay while traveling. Close to the highway and multiple restaurants. Breakfast is okay but no tea available. Rooms are clean.'

'The hotel was very convenient. Its near restaurants and shopping places. The staff were nice. Unfortunately power went out early in the morning for a few hours so we had to use the stairs.'

'Front desk service was awesome! However the floors in our room really needed to be mopped and the pillows are way too small and not comfortable. There was also an Arby’s shake left in the fridge from a previous guest. '

'We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Comfort Inn. Bed mattresses were sooo comfortable and the entire room provided us with anything we needed. We liked the large containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. So much better than the tiny bottles you get at other motels. Highly recommend Comfort Inn and Suites.'

'Vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als ‘door de dag heen’. Ontbijt is redelijk, opties zijn vrij beperkt maar het volstaat wel. Op handige loopafstand vanaf Carowinds. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid, overzichtelijk en goed verlicht. Manco is wel dat er geen lift is, wij hadden (op verzoek) een kamer op verdieping 2 dus dat is wel even koffers tillen. IJsmachine aanwezig, maar buiten gebruik. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en in de kamer, alsook de trap van 1 naar 2 zag er allesbehalve...

'Anthony at check-in was friendly. and helpful. Also met the manager and he completed the check-in. Staff was courteous and professional. Room was clean. Had a very nice breakfast. Only drawback which is not the hotels' fault is road construction turning onto road the hotel sits on. Be careful pulling in. The great stay was worth negotiating the construction compared to experiencing lousy lodging. This Best Western will be added to one of my favorites for my trips,'
