Not a good experience

Luxury hotel, nicely decorated. However there was a big construction work outside of the hotel, which was quite annoying. I booked this hotel since they had a outdooor swimming pool and SPA, however both were closed due to covid. I took 1 day breakfast, which was very bad quality for such a hotel. All jams were packaged. Plate was very poor. Thay serve it to the table, ordered also omelette and was not able to eat due to its fat. Was swimming in oil. We were even not allowed to eat at their garden. Which I found very strange, since normally all outside places and pools were open already in the city. They said that there are dogs coming to tables, means that they havent even found any solutions for the street dogs, no fence, etc...Some of the staff was good some were not. When I called and asked to bring our car, answer I received was' ''our colleague hasnt started the job yet, he comes at 11 am..'' so wasnt happy about their valet parking, had to wait long time everytime, althoguh there were only couple of people staying in the hotel. I am not sure if I would stay here again.
