'The house is fantastic, very clean and easy to find (right near the property market). Checking in was a hassle with security telling us we weren’t on the list so we couldn’t enter the park. People in the Venture Out office finally got a hold of our concierge, who was sick and didn’t pass the information down my party was arriving. After about an hour delay, we got on the list and were able to access the home. We had to pay Venture Out security office another 130, make sure you read the fine...

'My family of 5 stayed at this place for 3 nights. It is very convenient to Key West and Big Pine Key for the activities we participated in. Easy check-in and great communication with owner. The only issue was the house we stayed in could use a little updating--one example was the peeling wallpaper and old-looking/poorly cut moulding in places. That said, we would definitely stay there again. It was a good place for the whole family.'

'My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!'

'We stayed at the property January 5-9 for a friends fishing trip. The property was good, was clean and well equipped. It met our needs. There was plenty of hot water for 4 people. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a great view of the water.'

'Kelly's Kabin is the perfect spot for my family and Kristin is such a sweet and accommodating host. Our pup was comfortable and the Kabin is nicely located in Summerland Key. A great coffee shop 5 min up the road in and a sweet little market that has whatever you forgot to bring! Thank you again for a wonderful stay and the happiest memories.'
