'The property was very nice and communication was fast. We met Rick when we got there and he was very welcoming. He has built a really cool place. The view of Lookout Mountain from the rooftop spot was cool. The hot tub was a nice touch. However, it is very close to other cool stays he has built.'

'Very clean. Excellent scenery. Key code for entry was sent to us incorrectly. I let them know. Ice machine didn’t work so I suggest putting ice cube trays in the fridge. Very nice updates to back patio! Loved the hot tub. This was my second time staying at Cloudland.'
