'Hotel ligt ingeklemd tussen een aantal snel- en hoofdwegen en een spoorweg, hetgeen een permanent lawaai oplevert, ook 's nachts. De kamer grensde bovendien aan een hal met vending machines, die de gehele nacht door zoemen, een aangrenzende liftmachinekamer zorgde ook voor nare geluiden. De kamer was wel erg ruim en netjes, voorzien van alle gemakken. Ook ligt het hotel gunstig ten opzichte van winkels en bezienswaardigheden, alles op loopafstand. 'Really nice staff very helpful with answering any questions I’d had because this was my first hostel stay. I will definitely be back! Only thing I’d complain about is the lighting being so so so so low in the private room. '

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'
