'We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english'

'Apartment and bedding are very nice. So is the gym. Near American fastfood, but otherwise pretty isolated. Company was responsive. Internet went down frequently. Plenty of hot water, good refrigerator and air con. No bugs. '

'The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. '

'The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh... 'The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap.
