'Allereerst een compliment voor de gehele staff. Niets was teveel en iedereen erg attent en warm. Mijn advies neem junior swim up suite all inclusiv want alles maar dan ook alles zit erin. Geen verrassingen na afloop. Het eten is uitzonderlijk goed. Ontbijt ,lunch ,snacks cocktail of dinner alles is gewoon hoge kwaliteit. Verder in de omgeving geen restaurants van enige kwaliteit te vinden. Afstanden met GPS echt met 2x de tijd verdubbelen want rijden most gewoon meer tijd ivm staat vd weg en...

'This property is absolutely GORGEOUS! ! The staff was amazing ( thank you Krystel, Tadius, Adrian,Lisa and Sharmah) from management, the ambassadors, front desk- waiters and waitresses, beach attendants, and ALL the shuttle service operators. They all had a smile on their faces and always speaking in such a positive tone which made us feel very special, especially for my mom.. 'A comfortable but very compact room. Modern bathroom. Large balcony with fabulous view. WiFi and aircon worked well. Staff were available and helpful. Parking is available. A minor problem with an ant infestation in the room and considerable noise from barking dogs and traffic at night. '

'Its a nice resort outside rooms - available pool and seating, chef and bar and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very walkable to the mall, grocery and food stalls nearby etc. However there was an Issue with cleanliness of rooms and condition of amenities inside. Towels provided seemed to be stained - looked like makeup, not sure; used toilet paper and condition of shower, shower head and kitchen weren’t in the best condition. Also did not see a microwave but there was a fridge.'

'I had a great time at the Coco Palm. They were absolutely so nice. Everyone was helpful! The food was delicious. Although I didn’t get all inclusive I did have lunch and dinner there once. I had breakfast every morning and it was great. There were restaurants and bars right outside the resort. The only issue I had was housekeeping stole an item out of my room. I checked in with the item and several employees saw me with including the manager. Of course the cleaning staff denied they took...
