'There were 4 drunken man from Costa Rica in the swimming pool with beer bottles until midnight. The Hotel management did not care. If you want to swim in a decent pool, don't go to this Hotel. The floor carpet in the Hotel is from the flower-power period and it is very dirty. It is a pity so see how this Hotel de-classifies itself, because there are very nice restaurants on walking distance.'

'I stayed here to do some hiking in the area. My stay at the property was excellent well taken care of by property managers or owners of the property. The grill helped out a lot. You are in small towns in south central Tennessee (west of Chattanooga and Knoxville) grocery stores are not close by and are few and far between.Those points may make things difficult for you, come prepared.Restaurants maybe a drive also. Have time to visit piggly wiggly while you’re here. Bathrooms are camping style...

'This cabin is very close to Savage Gulf, full of spectacular hiking. The shower is great with wonderful water pressure, plenty of hot water and a shower head placed high enough for tall people. Nice that there is a gas stove too. We were plenty warm on very chilly nights.'

'Nice property, location. Room was neat and clean. I appreciated the good communication and not having to go find someone onsite to check in. 'This cabin is beautifully set in the woods and had a very comfortable bed to sleep in, a cozy couch and chair to have fun playing cards at and a good working grill to make a tasty steak dinner from and enjoy from a scenic porch overlooking the woods.
