'This property had the basics, but hard to cook for 8 people with the kitchen tools provided. The beds were not very comfortable, but we all fit. The surfaces were all clean as long as you didn't look behind things. There was also a smell of damp that wasn't ideal. For what we paid, it did the job.'

'Think this may be the seventh time my mum and I have stayed here. Laura and Ian are excellent hosts. The Shack is always spotless and welcoming. A real home from home. Everything is pristine and perfect. Links chalet park is well maintained and quiet and perfectly situated for all amenities. Really relaxing. We can recommend the Royal Hotel Sunday carvery. Also had coffee at the Woodland holiday park at Trimingham which is open to non residents and also serves meals although we didn’t eat here...

'We had a great home away from home experience. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we got exactly that. It was nice to have a Christmas tree to place our Christmas gifts and experience opening our presents in front of a log fire. Our 6 year old was happy to have so much space as well as have his own time in the snug room. Great experience for all of us.'

'This chalet had everything we needed for a great week at the broads area. Booking was very easy as Sandra was very prompt also in answering any questions we had. There is a well stocked shop & post office within 2 mins walk also a very good fish shop within 5 min walk. We would definitely visit again next year.'

'Perfect location for a long weekend, everything on hand in the chalet, contact with owners was very good along with the instructions The only request would be to have a mattress topper or a thicker mattress on the double bed, apart from that no problem with anything, clean, bright and very good value for money'

'Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. Dirty toilet. Bins hadn't been emptied. Dead woodlice in the bedroom on the floor. Dirty on top of the fridge. Brown bug...
