'one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.'

'We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house was clean and spacious and had beautiful views. We loved swimming in the lake and using the hot tub. It was the perfect way to start and end each day! Owners were helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!'

' This was the coolest place ive ever stayed at. Forget any negative reviews you may have seen. Peter was an awesome and welcoming host and his place was beautiful, very clean and had all the comforts of home. Once you get past the rugid gravel road (dont be afraid, its totally fine and worth it 😁) it opens up to a beautiful home with tons of space and one of the best views of the mountains you will ever see. 'We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rental. Easily can accommodate 4. It was very clean. The furnishings are a bit dated but comfortable. It is very close to Bellayre mountain and there's a great restaurant in town called the Print House that is walking distance from the location. We would rent here again. '
