'This property looks better than the pictures, clean, quiet, comfortable for family to stay. Close to conch shack and Marry's kitchen. Right of the main road. The master room is comfortable, if you are a light sleeper, you will hear some noise when car pass by. The matres at the small room is noisy with the plastic wrap when you move. Renting a car is a must. Rocky is quick to respond when we have questions. '

'New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. 'Wish I could give 5/5 stars but I can due to some customer service issues. Sabine was terribly rude and should not be in customer service. Literally rolled her eyes in my face, I will be emailing the property separately. Whitney wasn’t as bad but she also really needs some customer service training. Besides that and the room issue with a broken fridge, non working lamps, and non working lock everything was great. The manager Arianna was great and upgraded us rooms after the room dilemma....
