Een 2016 model chalet met 'JUNO hot tub en een prachtig vrij uitzicht.

Het pand is een ABI Milano gebouwd volgens specificatie BS3632 voor woningen, deze upgrade zorgt voor verbeterde ventilatie en isolatie voor starters.

 Het heeft twee slaapkamers met een eigen badkamer en een extra badkamer met douche. Een grote volledig uitgeruste keuken leidt naar een open woonkamer met veel comfortabele zitplaatsen om naar het uitzicht of uw favoriete programma op de 48-inch tv te kijken. De grote slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed met leeslampjes aan beide zijden. Een extra bonus bij dit chalet is dat er een wastafel in de grote slaapkamer is. De 2e slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. Er is voldoende opbergruimte in beide slaapkamers voor kleding etc.

De voorkant van het chalet heeft de VOLLEDIGE lengte en breedte dubbele patio voordeuren voor maximaal uitzicht op landschap en bergen. Net buiten deze deuren sta je op een terras dat de VOLLEDIGE 40ft x 3m lengte van het chalet verlengt en het voorste dek zich 12.5 ft x 4m uitstrekt, de BBQ, die hout / kolen gebruikt.

Helaas zijn huisdieren niet toegestaan. Roken alleen toegestaan BUITEN het chalet.

De hot tub is een Bluewhale spa JUNO-model. Het is een tweepersoonsmodel met twee ligstoelen, omringd door hydromassagestralen. Het bad is zo geplaatst dat een persoon gewoon gaat liggen om het uitzicht over de bergen te bewonderen.

Er zijn ook 4 duwfietsen in de schuur die gasten mogen gebruiken. Deze fietsen zijn van de eigenaren, dus gasten gebruiken ze op eigen risico.

Perfect
Wat een heerlijke plek, rustig en met prachtig uitzicht. Een goede basis voor het verkennen van de mooie omgeving met de vele Lochs en natuurlijk de Cairngorms. De caravan was ruim met een goed bed en van alle gemakken voorzien en niet te vergeten het heerlijke ruime terras. Het contact met David verliep vlot en hij is behulpzaam indien nodig. Kortom: een aanrader!

Beautiful cottage with a fabuleus view
What a great stay! Wonderful surroundings, a very clean cottage with everything you need. And the hottub is fantastic. The communicatie with David was very good, quick reaction on a mail. We used the mountainbikes very often. We Will come back!

Family vacation
Enjoyed a great few nights at the Chalet. Wish we had stayed longer. Great communication, easy laundry stop, cozy chalet and perfect location for local walks. Enjoyed the sheep with coffee/drinks on the deck!

We loved the location of this accommodation. We had a great week visiting numerous locations. The property itself was comfortable although we did find the bed a little too firm for our liking. The bed linen and towels although clean could do with some updating. Overall though a really enjoyable week.

The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed. The view over the surrounding countryside is beautiful and makes for a very relaxing stay. We'll definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Well presented home from home with good facilities between the caravan and site. Fairly good location for all of the Cairngorms and Inverness etc. Locally the facilities are also good for shops, fuel and outdoor equipment if needed.

The owner was excellent...I couldn't figure out the stove and I emailed him, after 5 pm and he emailed back within 5 minutes and within 15 he had someone their to show me how to use it! The location was absolutely beautiful, the quiet country setting. The caravan had everything needed. The little town was charming and felt very safe. Truly a great place to vacation! Bonus: perfect for day trips into the Highlands and the attractions!

Spacious accommodation
Great sized accommodation in a good location in the park. Very handy having two bathrooms and two showers. Heating was quick to heat the whole place now that it's getting chilly again. Ideal location for lots of activities. Would definitely stay again. Good communication with the owner before arrival with all details we would need.

Milano Chalet.
The bath towels were old. There were no hand towels provided, as they should have been according to the inventory. There was no paper towel provided, also as should have been according to the inventory. No spare toilet rolls were provided. We had to buy extra. The chalet was not spotlessly clean, especially the en suite toilet along the bottom of the shower door, and the floor edge. Heating: the boiler did not fire when we turned up the thermostat for heating. The boiler showed an "F 1 fault" (low water pressure). The cause of this was that the water was turned off. We feel that this should have been set up for instant use as no one on the site was prepared to help. It was just trial and error on our part which got it going. When it was working, the heating and the hot water were excellent.

Small vacation good staying location
Good communication from David, explained what was needing done to book in and any issues regarding the caravan. The new Wi-Fi was great helped entertain the family when not out venturing. The caravan was perfectly located for what we needed to do in our ventures eg landmark adventure 5 minute drive, the zoo 10 minute drive aviemore itself 10 minute drive. Problem we had it was such a short journey that we couldn’t fit everything in.. the heating within the caravan was great which as we all know this time of year is freezing so it was long heating the caravan up. All utensils were there that was needed and caravan was spacious for family of 4…… let’s just say overall the kids didn’t want to go home which made us happy and wouldn’t hesitate to use David’s caravan in the future. Thanks.
