'Shower handle was broken off. Cobwebs in bathroom corners. Water was plumbed backwards on sink. Hot Water took many minutes to reach room. Font desk was only staffed 9am - 9pm.'

'If you need a place to lay your head…not too terrible. Theres a Walmart, a cute coffee shop and good restaurants. But if you’re looking for quality, cleanliness or the feeling of privacy, it’s not great. Staff was helpful though. '

'We booked our stay at this hotel and found it to be in a great location for shopping and eating. The real issue is the facilities are outdated and the place needs to be renovated. Our toilet was not mounted properly, the wall paper was poorly maintained and the overall decor of the room was extremely dated. The beach access was nice, but there needs to be better maintenance of the area and lounge chairs on the beach. We will not be staying here again in the future, unless they put some money...

'We encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience during our recent stay. The evening prior to our scheduled arrival, we received a call informing us of electrical issues with our reserved cabin, necessitating an additional charge of $500 beyond our confirmed booking. While an upgrade was promised, the accommodation provided upon arrival was identical to our original reservation, leading us to believe the additional charge was an arbitrary price adjustment.
