'When you first drive up to the property the look of it isn’t very encouraging. The front of the property could use some sprucing up. BUT don’t let that first impression get you. The inside of the hotel is clean. The staff was amazing (helped my husband carry luggage to the room). The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. All rooms face the river. 'First time and great stay. Very nicely decorated and great value and location. Nice fridge with freezer, bed great and ac. Love the ice machine. Only complaint is i sent a few messages to property via app and no replies. Tub drained poorly and needed light bulbs.'

My flight was horribly delayed (and stressful as I almost didn't find a way to even get to Cheboygan to pick my son up from camp) and I didn't end up arriving until 3:00 in the morning.
