There are a few camp sites located on the property behind the cabin and the path that lead to them run a small dirt road a few feet from the cabin driveway and we were not aware of that prior to check in. 'This was a perfect place to stay! Our home's air conditioner stopped working and it was super hot outside. We needed a place that was safe for us to stay and sleep in. The Blueberry Cottage was perfect because it is right around the corner from our house. Deanna was very helpful in get us checked in quickly so we would would have a place to stay. She helped us also extend our stay. Definitely the place to make your home away from home!'

'If you live in DFW this is about the shortest drive you can make to get into some Arkansas woods. A tiny 4.5 hour drive from FW and we were eyeball deep in harmonizing crickets and sweet summer hay. Drive for a 45 minutes to an hour and you can be in several different state parks amd trail area. It's an awesome home base as it is off the highway enough to provide privacy, but close enough to pop on in for a quick drive. 'Secluded but plenty of access to the trails. We stayed here back in 2021 prior to the updates and they did a great job on the additions! My boy stayed in the hot tub and the deck is a great hang out spot. The only thing missing is a dishwasher (lol) and a bear proof trash bin/dumpster but otherwise the stay was great!! '
