'Clean and welcoming! The interior was great, the yard not so much, but the inside was fine. Enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone and the window air conditioners were great. It was a short drive to the down town. The beds were a little short for my 6'2" husband, but there was plenty of beds to spread out too, as there was only 4 of us and the house will sleep at least 6.'

'This is a fun property. It has great facilities. The tub and lots of hot water after a long day oh yeah!! It's close to restaurants and the hiking in the area is good. '

'We arrived shortly after an unprecedented amount of snow fell. The snow plows came through and all the snow was piled up on the curb so there was no parking. No fault of the host but would have liked a heads up so I could have planned accordingly. Overall it’s a cute and cozy cottage just as advertised. We will be coming back and hope this property will be available. '

'Kerey was super helpful, house had everything we needed for our little weekend getaway. We particularly loved listening to the babbling brook right outside the window! The perfect distance between two quaint little towns. We would absolutely come back.'

'The host was very good explaining everything. this is the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at, kitchen had virtually everything, place was roomy, clean, laundry and everything 3 hunters could ask for. In beginning with snow driveway was a challenge but so were roads! Very happy with everything!'

'We loved the space and location of the house. It feels secluded but it's close to town and other tourist activities. The cabin felt very homey and was well stocked with kitchen and house items. A great find!'

'Great refuge for a quick getaway with easy access to town'

'This home is in a good location and has a nice, somewhat fenced yard. The floors are all hard surface, which is great. Check in and out was easy. The problem we had with this home was that it was very dirty. I kept my shoes on for the entire weekend. Only one window had a screen, so we could not let fresh air in to counter the strong air fresheners or cool down the house. 'My family and I genuinely enjoyed our stay in Colorado. The cabin had beautiful views and the sound of the creek was a delight and calming. We had the pleaaure of seeing our first snow fall in Colorado and the view that morning was spectacular. We will definitely go back. '

'My D&D team has been playing online for 3 years. This September we decided it was time for a face to face. Between all of us we span 3 states so this VRBO was the place to meet. (A mere 11 hour drive for everyone) This House was perfect for us. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. The dinning room table was amazing, the kitchen was big. This place was great. We never felt like we were bumping into each other. My only non happy part about this was before i booked i had a question and it took forever...

'This was our second time staying at the Lil Restin and we absolutely love it. The cabin has been maintained well and it is very clean. The host kept in contact and made check in easy.
