'Perfect property for winter fun'

'Nice cabin for a couple of families to enjoy a ski weekend. Kitchen was well-equipped and clean. Kids liked the game room. Disappointed that the entrance wasn't shoveled. Icy steps resulted in a slip and fall. Would not advise someone staying if their car doesn't have all-wheel drive as driveway and parking was icy too. Owner does not supply firewood for the fireplace.'

'This is one of the best rentals we have had. The property is clean, the kitchen & bathrooms were very well stocked, the King size bed is amazing - it was like sleeping on a cloud. We loved the 'axe throw' game in the garage so much we ordered one for at home. We had a fantastic time. It's about 23 steps from the lower patio to the lake. Speaking of patios, these, too, were clean & well-furnished. Highly recommend this property.'

'The space suited 10 adult men very well for our leadership retreat.The fireplace was an amazing addition to the large living room/gathering space.The huge dining room table was perfect for us to break bread together.'

'Perfect location for our annual cousins ski weekend. Easy access to Crystal Mountain and Caberfae. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was more then enough space so we didn't feel like we were in top of eachother. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and playing in all the snow. Only recommendation is if you are visiting in the winter bring slippers as the tile floors get chilly.'

'My family stayed two nights for a ski weekend. Very clean place that was nicely decorated and perfect for the five of us. It was close to Caberfae which was what we wanted. We were there Valentine’s Day and the owner was kind of enough to leave some chocolates! One heads up, like many more rural areas the water is hard and not great for drinking so plan to bring some bottled. It was a great stay and we’d stay there again!'

'The cottage is really nice and the location is great. Loved being able to Kayak right in the back and the dock was also nice. The cottage had everything one needs. The porch sunroom was very nice and the wifi was not bad. There is a grocery store about 10 mins away driving. The lake was beautiful and so is the cottage and location. The hosts were great in reponsing to my questions. Highly recommend. '

'Prefect size house for your Family. '

'We loved staying at the lake. The owners were excellent and left us a snack which was awesome. They were up front that home was a work in progress, and it didn’t matter really because we didn’t spend much time in the home and went on several adventures on the days we were up there. It was a beautiful area and being lake front made it that much better. '

'The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Very quiet area and still close to everything. If this is available on our next trip to Cadillac, we will definitely stay year. The host is very responsive. You can’t go wrong booking this house. '
