'Flight delays meant not much time onsite. They did let us have a late check out so that we could work.'

Michele met us at the dock, took us to the property, and gave us some insightful information about grabbing groceries, must do activities, and how to get around while on the island.They also kept us informed about the times of potential power outages so that we could plan ahead.Our favorite thing about the property is the spacious patio. 'This is a quintessential St John home with lovely stonework, beautiful teak trim and screen doors for the cross breeze and a great pool area. It would be perfect for a small family - there are two bedrooms, the primary en-suite and a second with separate bathroom (and an outdoor shower, which is fabulous). 'Nice, updated, clean house with great views on a more secluded and quiet part of the island. Sitting on the covered outdoor patio with its views and natural breeze was delightful, so much so that we ate every meal out there. The pool was also a great place to relax (views again), especially after a beach/boating day. An updated kitchen was very helpful as well. Everything worked in the house. Overall, a very relaxing place to stay on St. John’s '

'We were blown away by the view from the house the minute we walked in! The rental company was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. The house was clean and we loved the different spaces for our group. We had 3 families and everyone was able to have their own space. Pool was great! Close to beaches and downtown. Some of our group had seen the listing with a hot tub which was no longer there. Otherwise, everything was as we expected. '

'Lera, the owener, is thoughtful, kind and generaous. She gave us detailed direction and instructions on use of applicance ahead of time. As soon as we entered the villa, a welcome gift box was waiting for us (rum, bottled water, coffe, tea, and snacks). Beach chairs and cooler are available too. Edward, the property manager, is also helpful. He responded to our questions and request quickly. We encountered power outage due to thunderstorm a couple of times during our stay. Both Lera and Edward...

'Loved the location The pool and the deck offered great views of long bay. Snorkling was great. House could of been a little cleaner,floors needed a good cleaning. No broom to sweep floor or deck. Beds were not that comfortable maybe time for new mattresses. Overall the house was great but it could have used some minor cosmetic repairs around pool area. The two mini Refrigerators were large enough to hold all our food and frozen items. If you're looking for remote location and great views this...

'This property is STUNNING. It truly made our multi-generational family trip to St. Thomas so special. The layout of the house and incredible infinity pool overlooking the water were perfection. The pool was perfect for all ages- even the little kids were contained and had a blast! Brent helped us with an easy check-in and check-out and everything at the house is beautifully curated and well thought out. We can’t wait to go back!'

'This property was incredible! From the views, location, to how well maintained the grounds and property was. Jane was easy to communicate with and provided great advice on where to eat, the island, and the property. My kids loved the pool and the outdoor shower. Highly, highly recommend '

'Up on the Rocks is lovely, with comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and nicely-landscaped grounds. The property manager, Henry, was responsive and friendly. Terrific view. The driveway is very steep and takes some getting used to. '

'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten. Het uitzicht was pracntig over de baai.'

'De toegangsweg was erg stijl, met de hoge temperatuur was oplopen geen optie, taxi vervoer was noodzakelijk. Rustig gelegen zwembad met maar weinig gasten. Geen entertainment, de bar ging om 22:00 uur al dicht. '
