'We had the most incredible time at Red Sands Ranch! The property has outstanding views of the bluffs and river and each cabin is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The cabins were definitely more than glamping?? In fact, the bed in the Sunday Cabin had the most comfortable and adjustable mattress just like our bed at home - wasn't expecting such a high end mattress, but it was wonderful! We played tennis and pickleball all day and because of the lights on the court - we played well...

'We enjoyed our stay ,very clean and organized. Wish we would have had more time to sit outside because it is really nice as well . Easy access in and out it has everything we needed. The house location is great and near all you would need . '

'It wasnt the worst place ive stayed at, it was a place to lay my head and sleep at night and for that im thankful. The worst was lighting in the RV was poor, so if you go bring you some light. The bathroom was very tiny, you cant shower comfortably much less poop comfortably. Very tiny. A big person wouldn't beable to make a vist to that bathroom. It was clean but to my standards it needs to smell clean as well. The fishing was fun and it was a place to lay my head. If i go again to that...

'Nice quiet corner on a quiet street, great access to Mason and surrounding area. Plenty to do, we came to drive jeeps at couple of the local off road parks, and this was the perfect location for us to stay. '

We finally got in touch with a neighbor who gave us the number of the owner.She said she thought the listing was removed although I still have not received a refund. The bed were unmade with dirty sheets .. the trash cans were overflowing, she said there was a gas leak could not turn on stove. We have photos if you need them'

'We booked all five rooms for a trip for an offroad teip in Mason TX. The house was perfect for our group of 5 couples. It was clean and accommodated our grohp perfectly. '

'The house is nice and very clean. We had 10 adults as it states it holds. Luckily only 7 made it. They have 2 bunk beds ( one is bigger) and 2 queen size beds. It looks like 3 bunk beds in the photo’s. They are expecting grown men to sleep together. Luckily they had a large couch. They didn’t mow around the house and the mosquitos were horrible. It would be good for a family of 8 that could sleep together at most. Watch out for the gas grill. It had so much grease in the bottom that it caught...

Worst hotel and manager ever!!!!

"Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager. Both the worst experience ever!!!!"
