'Loved the Hotel and staff '

'Goede accommodatie. Mooi stijlvol hotel. Service in de kamer liet wat te wensen over. 1 badjas en 1 koffiebeker voor een 2 persoonskamer. Ook het schoonmaken werd niet gedaan. Tevens is het parkeren erg onduidelijk. Zouden ze bij inchecken aan moeten geven. '

'The lobby is beautiful, and there is a fun sports bar and a nice restaurant in the building. The staff are nice. We went for one of the cheaper options of rooms. Our room was basic, clean and quite dated. It’s works well if you just need somewhere to sleep and have activities during the day, but it’s not a room we wanted to spend too much time in. We also found that there was a lot of noise disturbance, as we could hear people across the hall. Needs a refresh to match the beautiful lobby! '

'Easy check in. Pleasant lot. I loved that we could futz around with all the different lights while trying to get comfortable in the room. Its nice to be able to talk about and explore the room. The room was more expensive than most of the fancy hotels in Milwaukee, but it had so much to it that I did not even realize. Worth it. '

'We stayed one night to attend a concert. The room was clean and comfortable, but I'd go with a larger room than the "Queen" size bed. The TV directions didn't match the TV but we really didn't need to watch anything. The directions for the minibar were wrong, since there wasn't a minibar. To me, the thermostat shows 2-3 degrees higher than the temp really is, but it was a cold night. The hotel has a nice look and feel and the food we ordered from room service was delivered quickly and hot...
