House has mechanical room near bedrooms and after an evening of laundry, the water heater and softener were noisy during the night. Also, the WiFi was out the whole time we were there, we had to go to Dunkin Donuts in Meredith to use their WiFi. VRBO said they would issue an amenities credit, but we...

'Excellent place for a couple of nights. Small, but efficient. Don't forget your towels and bedsheets! And it's not a place that you can heat easily.'

'My daughter and I fell in love with this beautiful place! The cottage has everything we needed to feel at home. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Everything we needed to make all of our meals. 'The cottage was as described and shown in the listing. On our first day we had issues with heat (both hot water and heating) but John was more than accommodating and had us shifted to another cottage immediately and he in fact bought us lunch for the inconvenience (thank you John!). Our second day of stay was perfect without issues. They have a private beach with boats which you can use. I would recommend booking with them directly.'

'Very dirty, no help from Vasca. Dangerous hill to get into camp. NO water pressure for shower. Bathtub full of slime and dirt. 2 1/2 miles into the woods on a dirt road. Bears into the trash. We deserve a refund.'

'The house was so incredibly cute! There were 4 of us and everyone had their own room (although we ended up not using two of them) and there was just enough space for us not to feel cramped. It was clean, modern lake house feel and the location is incredible. We got there at night and when I woke up in the morning to see the view and walk out to the lake I was blown away!
