Some suggestions for future improvements. 1) upgrade bathroom shower2) make the kitchen floor level3) eliminate musty odor throughout home. 4) Repair/replace screen door on backdoor. 5) tighten screws/fasteners for living room coffee table (wobbles and unstable)'

'I was in the service industry for over 20 years. This cabin is literally above and beyond! She has thought of everything and more incredible attention to detail. It is clean. It is cozy and then some the host were amazing. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you for being awesome.'

'Quite reasonable and relatively serene considering its proximity to a railroad and I-81. I enjoyed my month there. Lots of hot water for the shower and comfortable interior. Adjacent stream to stare at was relaxing.'

'The property is just as photos represent. The Loft was clean, well stocked with supplies, & the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the peacefulness of the Doe River just steps away & enjoyed the firepit. We drove to Johnson City (approximately 20 minutes away) for a lovely dinner. The hosts were responsive quickly with communication. We would definitely stay at the Loft again! '

'Had a great time and the space was very accomodating.When we arrived there was water leak under the sink and we had not experienced a touchless faucet so had to call. Would have been nice to have a little notecard by the sink to tell you how to use it. Also expected an explanation to what to do when we depart but did not see anything in writing so had to message and get instructions.'

'We had a fantastic stay at the cabin, the entire trip we all remarked how beautiful the view was and how nice the cabin felt. Everything was well stocked, clean, and had clear instructions. We grilled out every night and there were plenty of places to hang out throughout the property. Would definitely stay again!'

'Great location on the watauga River in a country setting. Unique cabin, with Everything needed for our stay. Enjoyed a relaxing evening by the outdoor fire pit. Will likely stay there again next year. There are also two new mini-splits which made it very comfortable when the overnight temp dipped into the low 30’s '

'This is a wonderful home to stay at while you are in Bristol! The house is setup so nice and it is so clean. The hosts go above and beyond to help you with any needs you may have. 'Very clean, private house. Loved the river, firepit, flying geese and easy in-and-out. Everything you could need. I liked having separate bedrooms and bathrooms for my girlfriend and me. Host is delightful and gracious (I broke a wine glass ).Thank you for sharing your wonderful getaway with us. '

'The hotel was fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars is because the air conditioners are too small for the rooms and the room remained stuffy. We did have a fan with us that helped. Other than that it was good!!'
