'My childhood bestie (of over 50 yrs) & I met up half way to stay at this incredible loft. It far exceeded any expectations with of us had! Cleaner, more charming & cozy, and more fully stocked than any rental I’ve ever stayed in.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & the living like a local experience!We couldn’t recommend more highly! We hope to be back! '

'Was so impressed with this house. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you needed in the kitchen. The deck, the privacy, the beautiful back yard and creek made it even better. We also loved the train going by several times a day. Check in was easy. We are looking forward to coming back!'

'1st of all communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a more cozy, clean and comfortable place to spend the weekend. The cabin is close to everything you want or need with beautiful scenic mountain roads. The hobby farm animals were great. They leave dog treats for guest, which was awesome because we just fed them to their sweet guardian dog bonnie. She's the sweetest!! 5 stars all the way!!'

'We came to Johnson City visit our son and watch some baseball at Milligan U. We had no idea what a gem we had booked. This cabin was perfect! It was clean, the bed was comfy, it has everything you would need in the kitchen and the covered porch was the best for willing coffee and watching the ducks float down the river. We hope to visit this property again.soon.'

'Absolutely the most relaxing and worry free trip I have every experienced. Cabin is perfect and had exactly as posted amenities. PO was very accessible and checked in several times to ensure we had no problems. As an added treat, seven deer standing in the yard the morning we departed. '

'Absolutely beautiful home. Gas Fireplace inside and out was perfect. Grill was good! Could use some new cooking pans, but the place was absolutely wonderful. No cell service but had good internet so that wasn't a problem at all. We will definitely rent this in the future. Host was extremely responsive to any questions and provided sound answers and solutions. Thank you for a wonderful memory and weekend! '
