Good evening Samuel,
It was my first visit here at the Source Hilton in Buena Park.
I arrived at 3:30 knowing the check in is at 4:00.
However, when I tried to check in the front desk receptionist informed me that my room was not ready which I had to wait.
I said okay I will wait.
She asked my phone number so that she can let me know when it's ready.
I said to her I will wait at the lobby and she said that's fine.
As I was waiting at the lobby, it came close to 4'0 clock.
And still no calls.
I was looking at the check in front desk and there were 4 people and they were laughing and talking but no one was trying to contact me or inform me what the status was.
So I walked up to front desk receptionist and asked carefully
if my room was ready.
They all looked at each and said they needed to check the room and see if it was ready.
So I asked how long it would take to do that?
And they all said, oh maybe another 10 minutes?
At this point, I was little bit upset because I had a plan.
I told all the front desk receptionist that I have a plan and I don't have another 10 minutes to wait.
It was not a good experience with this hotel knowing that I watched the whole thing with the front desk.
However, I did have a great time with my husband and my friends.
Just letting you know that the front desk needs to accommodate with customer service so that they are taking care of.
