Escape to our peaceful farmhouse just 2 miles from downtown Burgaw. Nestled among acres of woods, our fully updated home offers a retreat for up to 9 guests. Enjoy the sound of birds as you relax on the outdoor deck or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

Inside, you'll find spacious accommodations. Our location is ideal for outdoor lovers with easy access to local beaches within 30 minutes and a nearby river in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a large family to make lasting memories.

Just minutes to downtown Burgaw and under 30 minutes to Wilmington. Farm life at it's best! Relax in the morning farm side and end your day watching the sunset at one of the easily accessable beaches. Easy access off of I-40.

INTERIOR
Upon entering the home, you are met with a beautiful, well lit Sunroom with a 65" Smart TV. Relax on the daybed or grab a quick nap in a recliner. There is a small game table with 2 chairs that offers a great spot for morning coffee watching the birds or a game of chess.

The large country kitchen is welcoming and warm. The farm style dining table seats six, but can be comfortably expanded to accommodate two more, so that all family members enjoy those dinnertime conversations. A large 8' window seat offers additional gathering space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials needed for cooking a meal, and the coffee maker is set for your next cup of joe! The kitchen includes basic spices, pots and pans, slow cookers, mixer, blender, toaster, microwave and brand new appliances. Fridge has an Ice Maker and a Small 28" TV sits atop the Coffee Station. Dawn Soap and Cascade provided as well as trash bags.

The laundry room is right off of the kitchen with a few tide pods provided in case of needing to wash clothes during your stay.

Just down the hallway is a Spa Green bathroom with walk-in shower and Shampoo/Conditioner/Dove Soap provided. Large Vanity will accommodate all of your toiletries.

Across from the bathroom is the Primary Bedroom in shades of soothing green. Beautiful watercolors of Downtown Wilmington Waterfront adorn the walls. After a long day, sleep well in the Queen Pillowtop mattress or spend an afternoon relaxing in the antique rocker. Smart TV and Full size closet.

Walk a few steps into the living room. This nautical theme room offers a queen sleeper sofa and 3 recliner chairs. The focal point is a beautiful brick fireplace and 48" Smart TV. Enjoy the views of the front and back yard from this room.

A quick jaunt up the stairs where you will find 2 additional Bedrooms and Bathroom. Step left and walk into an antique filled room with 2 Twin Beds and 2 closets. In this darling room you will have views of the front yard and the wooded backyard.

Just across the hall you will find the last bedroom. Hues of Blue and Gray make this room very serene. A pillowtop queen bed awaits you. A small desk doubles as a vanity with a makeup mirror and stool. There is a large oversized chair for reading or watching the 24" smart TV.

Stepping right you will find a large Bathroom upstairs with a full size bathtub and large vanity. All toiletries are
included: Shampoo/Conditioner/Dove Soap.

All beds include 400 thread count cotton sheets and Bathrooms have towels provided for each guest. Bathrooms will come with some toilet tissue and Kitchen will have 2 rolls of paper towels.

EXTERIOR
You will enter the home using the back door off of the wood deck. Morning coffee on the deck is so nice, bird watching and listening to the neighbor's rooster crowing. The back yard of the home is full of mature trees and invites you to explore the yard. The are 4 connected barns on the property that are private, not for public use or exploration. The yard is a quiet space for you and your guests to grill on the charcoal grill, play games, collect lightning bugs and gather around the fire pit in the evening. You will be so relaxed listening to birds by day and the crickets at night.

KEYLESS ENTRY-
Guests will be provided a door code for entry. This code will be used on the keypad providing access to the back door off the deck.
