'The staff at the property are amazing and make the experience excellent. We never had a negative experience with Dreams staff. The entertainment team is so fun, bartenders and wait staff are attentive, the back of the house staff are friendly and keep the resort running smoothly. The property itself is aging. Some cleanliness issues in the room and around the resort, but overall a pretty clean place considering how busy they were when we were there.'

'By far the best “ all inclusive” hotel we’ve stayed at! “Adults Only” policy helped but it was the attentiveness of the staff that boosted this review. The food was also a step above with special attention paid Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners. '

'Grand Velas was absolutely fabulous! We brought our 3 kids and we were spoiled from day one. Our personal concierge Blair was phenomenal. Friendly, professional and attentive to anything we needed. Typically we avoid all inclusive resorts because we enjoy higher quality dining and drinks - we decided to try Grand Velas based on other great reviews and we are so glad we did! We also have to give a shout out to Isabella who served us by the pool, she was fantastic!'
