One big plus is the way the house is situated so the pool and beach are out of the wind. It was windy all week on the island but it never impacted us at our beach and pool. 'We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.'

'Our stay was fabulous. The home is beautiful and ideally located. I do recommend that you rent a car. We had our three grown children and their girlfriends. We had the best time. The kitchen is so well furnished. And the outdoor patio and seating is spacious and perfect for large groups. 10/10!!'

'The villa was very clean. The WiFi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did have issues with the tv remote along with the one ac remote. Says there is a washer and dryer on site but was only able to locate the washer, however, there is a clothesline to dry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.'

'This place is truly incredible! The photos don't even begin to capture how amazing it is in person. Everything was perfect during our stay, and the property management team was outstanding! so friendly and helpful! I honestly have no complaints. One tip: I’d recommend having a driver or renting a car, as the location is a bit off the beaten path, but other than that, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it!'

'Best thing about the property is the magical views. The home itself is large and very nice, but well worn; the accoutrements as well. But everything is there that you could possibly need or want for your trip. The property was very clean from top to bottom. Vallie, the host, was 100% communicative and could not have been sweeter or more professional. She was awesome! So yes, we would recommend this property even with its small shortcomings. '

'Comfortable villa steps away to a beautiful quiet beach with chairs and umbrellas. One reef within swimming distance and Smith’s reef a quick walk down the beach to see colorful fish, turtles and rays. The villa has two great outdoor areas for meals and happy hour overlooking the canal. Luz was there daily to answer questions and light housekeeping. 5 restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a great villa and everything we needed for an amazing vacation.'

'This beautiful spot was a much welcomed break from the cold weather back home. Our accommodation was great for the two of us. The beach area was relaxing. We enjoyed kayaking as well as relaxing on the beach!'

'Very clean, easy check-in, plenty of room, 5-10 minute walk to the beach. But there is NO view of the beach/ocean. About 10-15 minute drive to Grace Bay (depending on time of day), perfect if you want quiet and be away from people. We would stay there again! '
