'We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. 'This cottage is in a great location. We walked every day to enjoy all that Center Street and the area have to offer. Make sure you go to Amelia Island Coffee, have dinner, and listen to live music, at The Boat House.'

The representative got a repair man to the building in a timely manner and communicated with us what was happening during the day. "Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. "
