'We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

'My husband and I needed a weekend getaway. The place was beautiful❣️ The courtyard was well kept and very serene. The unit we stayed in had modern decor with smart appliances. (ceiling fans, washer, dryer, etc). I wouldn't change a thing❣️ We will definitely return. '

'Everything just as advertised - great setting under the trees just a short walk to the beach. The studio was perfect and well equipped. Our only observation was that the refrigerator door opened backwards making it awkward to get food out to place on the counter. It wouldn't take the maintenance man 20 minutes with basic tools to reverse the doors. We love Amelia Island and will definitely be booking at Sea Cottages again on our next visit.'

'We stayed over Christmas and had 8 people in our party. It was very comfortable, great for big dinners and the outside patio was really nice as well. Conveniently located, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. '

'The Ketch Courtyard Condo was a short walk to the beach and very close to other activities. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for all to have their own space. Matt and Jenny were very attentive to what we needed, port-a crib for baby, any requests to them were taken care of immediately. Thank you for a great place to spend our get away. We would choose to stay here again. '

The beach was just a short walk. There were many nice restaurants just a short drive to get to. The host was friendly and highly responsive. '

"Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. "
