When I initially booked it which I did fairly quick I thought it was on the beach but actually it's on the street right across from the beach but from the parking lot you could basically throw a rock to the beach. 'Was hoping for a view of the beach, but there was just a sliver. Ocean quite visible, along with buildings. Bed only okay. Shower same. Free parking and easy access to beach and attractions.'

'This condo is perfect for vacationers. Nautical decor and accessories and plenty of cooking supplies and games, towels, 3 bathrooms, 3 TV's, and more. And there is intercoastal pier for fishing and a good size pool for sunning and swimming. We love it and wish we could rent it for longer.'

'This property is a 'real' historic home in the historic district of Brunswick. Fabulous walking neighborhood. Very tastefully furnished with all the amenities you need. It's a quick drive to St. Simons island with multiple restaurants, a pier, lighthouse and scenic areas. Jekyll island is another close by location to visit. The property is professionally managed and it's very easy to communicate with the host. Treat yourself to this 'real' historic home. Family and friends will thank you. '

'Overall this place is worth the price. The only issue we really had was according to the listing there was supposed to be towels and extra linen. And the pictures show 2 fullsize beds. The room we ended in had 1 full size bed. The refrigerator also didn’t work. But we came for Cumberland island and the surrounding area was perfect for what we needed. We will stay here again. 'We enjoyed having 3 patio doors, especially the one in the bedroom. You can hear and see the ocean while lying in bed. Location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants nearby. Plenty of amenities, washer/dryer, and I especially appreciated the decor:) Downtown has lots of restaurants and a few coffee shops that we visited. Would highly recommend!'

'My stay was ok, though clearly under new management from my last stay several years ago. The respect & staff are impressively better! The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the a/c functioned but the air in the room was stale and unplesant. Also the grounds were loud. I was only looking for a place to sleep and it was adequate. It really need updating. It was what I needed for the price I could afford '

'We liked the free continental breakfast at the hotel! It was also very clean, and the staff was excellent! Very friendly!! The pool is small, but it was kept very nice and was always clean!! We enjoyed our stay very much!! We were right on the beach and the view from our balcony was wonderful!!!'

"Uitstekend gelegen hotel. Direct aan het strand, dat is top. Het hotel zelf kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Het is verouderd. Kamers zijn ruim, en hebben prima voorzieningen. Wel gehorig, we hadden last van luidruchtige buren. Handig dat het ontbijt is inbegrepen. Prima hotel als budgetvriendelijke optie. "
