'We booked last minute and the whole process was very smooth. The owner and property manager are very communicative and helpful. The house is lovely, modern and well equipped with top quality appliances. It is very clean. The pool area has just been upgraded and is superb . Just the right size for a swim and cool down . There is plenty of seating and the room terrace views are beautiful. I would recommend if you are looking for a country house with pool . It’s positioned a 5 minute drive to town...

'We had a wonderful stay! The oversized kitchen is ideal for cooking, eating, and playing games. Many bedrooms to choose from and the outdoor space is majestic. The light from the sun, moon, and stars makes an ever-changing landscape that is a feast for the eyes and soul.'

'Cet villa est incroyable, la vue, la propreté, les équipements, l'emplacement, le calme etc. Le propriétaire est très disponible et sympathique. Notre sejour à été amplement satisfait. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et les équipements autour. La ville de Coin possede tous ce dont vous avez besoin: supermarché, fast food, restaurants etc. La villa est tres bien situe a 20min de malaga et proche de marbella. Je recommande vraiment!'

'Geweldig huis met heerlijk zwembad in rustige omgeving. hele vriendelijk eigenaars. veel zitjes om het huis, buiten kinderspeelgoed aanwezig. Absolute aanrader. ligt ongeveer 25 min van zee, dicht bij malaga . verbeter tip: biljart , tafeltennis en tafelvoetbal in slechte staat.'

'Zeer mooi huis op een perfecte lokatie. Daardoor een fantastich uitzicht op de omgeving. Huis is compleet uitgerust, er ontbreekt werkelijk niets. Buiten een geweldig zwembad, genoeg terassen zowel in de zon alsook in de schaduw! Allesbij elkaar gewoon perfect! Komen hier graag weer terug'

'We had a lovely stay at the house, the garden was beautiful and the pool was great. We stayed with two families and all the children and adults had a great time! Car rental is a must and there is enough to see in the surroundings. Steve the host was also very kind and helpful. Great memories!!'

'Lots of space inside and outside, and that was what we were looking for, including a beautiful panoramic view. Too bad about the wasp infestation, unfortunately it didn't turn out well. Perhaps we had slightly higher expectations of the house due to the photos presented. A little renewal, cleaning up and freshening up can not hurt the rental.'

'Casa estupenda para compartir dias con los amigos o la familia! Tanto Roberto como Juanma tienen un trato muy agradable y siempre atentos a resolver dudas o problemas! Siempre estaremos agradecidos por ayudarnos a solucionar la averia que tuvo uno de los coches en los que ibamos! La casa está totalmente equipada y muy limpia. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. La casa se encuentra en un entorno de naturaleza y a la vez muy cerca del pueblo! Se puede ir andando al pueblo...

'We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad. Goede communicatie met Juan. Echter wat er ook in de voorgaande recensies te lezen valt zijn er nog genoeg punten van verbetering. Ik lees meerdere keren probleem is verholpen of opgelost maar feitelijk zijn alle problemen zoals eerder in andere recencies omschreven nog steeds aanwezig en voor verbetering vatbaar. Hoop dat Juan deze alsnog beetpakt. Ondanks deze dingen hebben wijzelf een fantastische vakantie gehad. Voor herhaling vatbaar. Juan erg veel dank...

'We loved the location, it was very peaceful and the garden was established and the house was properly equipped. A few points that are meant constructively. We were left to work out what to do with our rubbish, There was no information folder in the property, both issues could have helped us settle in a bit more easily. There were no cleaning,materials left on site, and no mid term housekeep on a two week stay, which meant we couldn’t keep the bathroom and kitchen areas as clean as we would have...
