'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. 'Our first time to stay in this hotel and our expectations were not met. Hotel was quiet despite the season, safe and tranquil. Customer service was average. Checking in was slow but efficient, checking out was a hassle (took 30 minutes to do so at 5:30am). Imagine entering your hotel room with a random person’s phone charging by the bathroom (finding out later that it’s the room cleaner’s, no apologies given). They even forgot to provide us free drinking water which they tried to charge us upon...
