'The man working the front desk was very kind. Overall communication was fast! The views from the room are awesome! I would jus say that getting there via public transportation is tricky BUT it IS super close to the airport. It was perfect for my early-morning flight.'

'De verwelkoming was sober; ik kreeg het gevoel een ingestudeerd nummer'ke aangeboden te krijgen (uitleg trein, metro, etc...) want de dagen konden zo gepland worden. De hostel ligt in een 'nare en onfrisse' buurt.; hiervan merk je niks éénmaal in de hostel. Over het algemeen een positieve ervaring. '

'Gedurende mijn verblijf van 3 nachten verbleef ik in een privé kamer. Deze was ruim, schoon en daarmee gewoon goed. Het enige nadeel was dat de ramen niet afsloten en de kamer grensde aan de gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Daardoor was het wel lawaaierig. Het personeel is hartstikke vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is goed en er zijn altijd wel mensen aanwezig in het gemeenschappelijke deel. Wel waren het over het algemeen groepjes die op vakantie waren dan mensen die alleen op reis waren.'

'Should have booked the other hotel. They let the group of teenagers throw the party in the bar at night from 8pm - 1 am without giving any notice about this kind of event to other guests. Please avoid to book this hostel if you about to stay longer than one night or if you also have a car I’d recommend you to book other place where has a parking lot.'

'Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. 'The pub crawl which is a daily activity was very nice and gave the opportunity to get to know each other better, also having dinner together with everyone was certainly helping for the group bonding. The rooms were good enough as well as the facilities. Not much to complain about. '

'We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️'

'het verblijf was ok en de baliemedewerkster uiterst vriendelijk, alleen het hotel is niet per auto te bereiken en al helemaal niet te vinden, uiteindelijk met hulp van de receptioniste een parkeergarage gevonden op ca 800 meter van het hostel, dus reis je met een auto, niet naar deze locatie dus!'
