'We had originally booked this place and the owner came and met us to say the heating wasn’t working. He immediately moved us to another hotel down the street to ensure that we had a safe and comfortable stay. We felt taken care of and he provided some options for breakfast and how to begin the Camino the next day. '

'The check-in desk was in the restaurant located around the corner from the hotel. The clerk handed me four keys on a ring and walked with me to the hotel. The first key opened the building, the second opened a hallway that had four rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third key unlocked the room I booked and the fourth unlocked my private bathroom. As I entered the bedroom, it had an unpleasant smell and I mentioned this to the clerk who had no comment.
