'Wat een prachtige plek, heel rustig en gezellig, vanaf het terrein en balkon een geweldig uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Fijne zwembaden met voldoende ligplekken en schaduw, prettig en ruim appartement met airco voor als het echt te warm wordt, lekker eten en klein winkeltje voor boodschappen op loopafstand. Zeker een plek om nog eens naar toe te gaan.'

'The outside of the villa is really beautiful with outstanding views. Swimming pool need some attention and was not that clean. Service could be better for a 4 star hotel as well. Dinner was good. The hotel has a lot of potential due the villa itself and the location but really needs an upgrade to stay on a 4 star level. '

'A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. '

'When I was booking the hotel I saw a review complaining about the decor - crazy! The room is super large and beautifully decorated with a very authentic style. The view from our room was breathtaking. Location was perfect. Things to consider - no AC, just fan... in July, not great. Breakfast is good, but kind of simple and few options if you have food allergies. Parking can be a bit hard to find after late hours. Chairs around the table were not in great condition. But pros compensate the cons.'

'Mooi complex met een aanbod van leuke en interessante activiteiten. Echte aanraders. Leuk opgezet met meerdere huisjes/appartementen en een apart hotel/receptie. Prima restaurant waar we meerdere keren heerlijk gegeten hebben. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wel wat last van muggen: raamhorren zouden fijn zijn geweest. '

'Perfect hotel, excellent location in the middle of Stia, a small and cute town in the middle of Casentino valley in Toscany with many places to visit nearby. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. They are all very proud of what they're doing and they reflect it onto their guests. I will be back! '
