'This 1BDR, 1BA cottage has everything for an enjoyable stay. Living room offers large book and DVD collections for use. Backyard has inviting bbq, chairs, and access to the peaceful next-door koi pond dock. Check-in after dark was no problem, as the host left the light on, and walked out to show us the way in.'

'Thank you Justin. We had a little trouble finding the place because the Vrbo site was having problems and we didn't receive the information from them but aside from that everything was fabulous. Butler Place is in a great location, was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Thank you so much for a great stay.'

'We were unable to find the property and had no response from the host after an email regarding conflicting emails with two different check in times. We were on a wild goose chase with our navigation leading us to 3 different areas all with either a dead end road or locked gate! Frustrating- Would recommend no one to rent this place in the future! also would recommend Vrbo/expedia have a way to contact host directly for times like this!'

'Walls were dirty. Didn’t seem like anyone cleaned the shower doors. Bed was hard and lumpy and uncomfortable. No AC so hot. I only stayed one night out of my 2 nights there. But there were not a lot of options.'

'The spa and the outdoor kitchen are awesome, really unique experience. Cool location, nicely decorated spa area, and the deck and outdoor space were great Inside however we had a couple major issues. The air conditioner was one of those standalone units, didn’t cool the place down. The bed was very uncomfortable and is in the loft, way too hot to sleep. 'This property/cabin was perfect for our short visit.1 block off old town, easy walking distance. Visited Washington(town) off 49 to the north and back down to Grass Valley. Nevada City still has an old town feel to the old town area. A little disappointed in Grass valley, it's lost that. Sure the buildings are old but the closure and modernization of old town just lost a lot of appeal for me.'
