'Overall the home was beautiful, in a wonderful area. The property was super nice, with good amenities. The only complaint that my new bride and I shared was the master bed. While it looked nice, the mattress was Very, Very firm. A mattress topper woupd have made the home perfect. '

'A friend and I rendezvoused in the Canaan Valley in early November to hike in the nearby Dolly Sods and other trails in the area. Garagemahal was exactly as advertised: clean, quiet, spacious (for two people), and conveniently located. The owners/managers (Chip and Laurie), who live across the driveway, were friendly and available to provide information or report problems to (there weren't any), but were otherwise unobtrusive. We will return.'

'I stayed here while I was attending an online conference and it was perfect! WiFi was very reliable and the home had everything I needed for my stay. Host was very responsive to any questions I had. Thomas was the perfect location for taking short hikes during breaks in the conference. '

'This is hands-down the best rental we’ve ever had in the Seneca Rocks area. We travel to the area every Fall for trout fishing and will be renting this house again! The pictures do not do it justice. The house is beautiful and the decorations inside are well thought out. It is so peaceful. The view of Seneca Rocks from the living room windows is unbelievable!! The house is well stocked - it even has lots of cozy blankets, which I loved! We also enjoyed the outside fire pit. You won’t regret...

'My wife and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had a GREAT time! The house is spacious, comfortable, and convenient to fun options in Davis and Thomas. We would absolutely return in the future. The only issue we had is that the house does get a fair amount of flies and bugs, but that is understandable for the unseasonably warm weather during our visit.'

'Quiet stay as ski lodge not open. Home was clean and spacious but could use a little updating/sprucing up. Nice deck with the sound of the creek below. Had a lovely time enjoying the fall foliage, Blackwater Falls and surrounding areas. Not a lot of great dining options. Wonderful escape from our back to back hurricanes in Florida!'

'We had a lovely time staying here for a girls only, much needed, long weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for all five of us. Honestly, this was the cleanest home I have ever stayed in and the decor made us feel right at home. The house and views are beautiful and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. Grace was a most gracious host, very easy to communicate with her, though we never had any need to. We would definitely come back and highly recommend. '
