'Where do I start? First of all, communication with the owner prior to booking and during our stay was fabulous. She was quick to respond to my numerous pre-booking messages as well as the only message I sent during our stay. The property was in a really nice and new neighborhood. The house is even better than it shows in the listing. 4 really clean bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and the living area are extremely spacious and spotless. 'This is a fine 70s vintage home with lots of room and nice outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay making big meals in large kitchen, sitting at large dining table, and hanging around the pool. No complaints about all that. BUT, owner did not disclose the neighbor’s multiple roosters and donkey which began sharing their morning ‘songs’ at 5am every day - an undesired alarm clock. I raised this lack of disclosure with owner who responded that he is not able to ‘control’ this. And that’s fair, but...

'We enjoyed our stay, in spite of a few misgivings upon arrival. The yard, lawn furniture & front door looked neglected & we were concerned about the inside. But all was fine & all our basic needs were met during our stay. The bathroom was updated with a large, beautifully tiled shower. 'Our daughter had surgery in West Palm Beach and this house gave us a comfortable place for her recovery. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and gave us the space we needed. I was able to work in the office space provided and they even supplied a printer and monitor. My husband loved the pool. It is very peaceful. We could not have found a better place to stay and would stay here again.'
