'Overall clean, comfortable, and well equipped but short of 5 stars for several reasons. Outdoor grill was greasy and not ready for our use as planned. Beach access is a boardwalk to the top of a sand dune descending to the beach. Great access, but a difficult ascending return. Public access just north at cape Kiwanda is much easier.
