'Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.'

'This was a fantastic room that is right by the ocean! The center of the complex is a botanical garden. There are flowers that line the walk-way and torches that are lit at dusk. This room could have managed four people, but we didn’t mind the extra space. It served as a great home-base as we toured the island. 'It was a very spacious house. The living room/kitchen were very large. There were two bedrooms. The location is great very close to a great snorkeling spot. There were lots of supplies we could use.
