'We stayed at the Sagamore in Baltimore, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in was quick, and our room was beautiful. However, we encountered a slight issue—the heat wasn’t working on Valentine’s Day, which was disappointing. The next day, Saturday, we brought it to the front desk’s attention, and they promptly upgraded us to a larger stateroom. From that point on, our stay was excellent. We truly appreciated how quickly they accommodated us and the great service we received.'

'The staff are pleasant and helpful. But it is not a quiet hotel. The walls are very thin and we could hear next door's footsteps, TV, and all. Our neighbor had their TV on and I could tell which movie they were watching. The breakfast was ok, the eggs were too dry, not many seatings, not many selection, but it was free. I probably will not stay there again, I would prefer somewhere with thick walls. '

'Great hotel, service, nice restaurants, location. The only thing is the elevators, which are quite fast, have issues with recognizing the room cards (which you need to get to your floor or the restaurant) so of the 6 or so time we rode the elevators in our one day stay there, 4 of them we spent going up and down in vain before giving up and having the front desk help us. Otherwise would stay again. '
