Our property is located on Redstone Boulevard, 20 min from Carbondale, 40 min from Glenwood Springs and 45 min from Aspen. The perfect location to explore this magnificent region of Colorado or to just relax and stay awhile!
This charming newer 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely updated in 2022. The farmhouse inspired décor is complete with shiplap and touches of rustic charm throughout. Careful attention has been paid to sourcing artwork from local area artists and artisans.
The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the main level is the perfect gathering and entertaining space for family and friends. This great room has an expansive two story ceiling making it feel open, airy and light. A cozy gas fireplace in the living room with beautiful birch logs can be turned on with the touch of a button. The kitchen is updated with sleek stainless steel appliances, white solid quartz countertops and comfortable counter seating. The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the table with additional seating for 4 at the counter. French doors open onto the wrap-around front porch where you can expand your living space as the weather permits. Here you will find comfortable conversation seating, as well as a separate outdoor dining space. The possibilities are endless!
Outside the front door is a charming wrap-around front porch complete with sounds of the Crystal River. Steps off of the front porch is a stone patio with gas fire pit table and 6 Adirondack-style chairs perfect for s'mores and stargazing. The beautifully landscaped and private front yard extends the living space further into the outdoors. Back of home has a hillside, grassy area, but is not maintained as a yard.
On the main level is a spacious, yet cozy bedroom 1 suite. Bedroom 1 includes a king bed with memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom 1 complete with a double vanity. Bedroom 2, also on the main level, has a luxurious queen bed and private closet for clothes and luggage storage. Next to bedroom 2 is a beautifully updated bathroom with shower, tub and new Stella black star floor tile. Also conveniently located on the main level is a front loading washer/dryer and all necessary laundry supplies.
Up the spiral staircase from the main living area is the private bedroom 3. This large bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed and en suite bathroom 3 complete with luxurious soaking tub for long bubble baths. This upstairs retreat includes a cozy remote controlled electric fireplace for warmth and ambiance.
A NOTE ABOUT PARKING: A maximum of 2 standard-size vehicles can be parked at the property. Please park in our carport and/or in the space directly to the left of the carport. Our home is located on a shared driveway. We ask that you NOT park anywhere in the driveway or on the boulevard in front of the home- for the convenience of our neighbors, walkers and bikers. There is a sign inside the home with details regarding additional parking options if your group has more than 2 vehicles and for visitors. Thank you in advance!
