'La propiedad estaba en pésimo mantenimiento, el río se desbordó y todo el área de la piscina estaba lleno de agua , las habitaciones huelen a muchísima humedad y son muy coloniales , las instalaciones en general son viejas , tienen pésimo mantenimiento y el servicio es pésimo en recepción , yo coloqué que éramos dos adultos y mi hija de 16 , y me quisieron cobrar $140 más por adicionarla lo cual es el precio de una habitación , lo cual no vale para nada la pena ! All their staff actually expects the tip which is rare since everywhere else in Guatemala they aren’t. I love their flexibility on checking in & out. We will definitely come back.'
