'The property itself was very close to the beach and main street which was great! Within walking distance there were so many shops, restaurants, cafes and activities so there was always something to do. The house had bikes, sand toys, boggy boards, and lots of towels for the beach. The only negative was that there wasn’t fans in every room in the house and the AC didn’t always get to the upstairs. The neighborhood was loud the weekend before the 4th with people surrounding the house doing...

'With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The villa is spacious, luxurious and the views are beyond beautiful. We did home cooked meals, pool days, beach days, and evenings outside on the patio with the fireplace. Thank you Jeff! Your villa is a true GEM!'

'Enjoyed our stay here as it allowed large group of friends to all stay together under one roof instead of having to book multiple hotel rooms. Location was great as well though the drive up in a 15 passenger van was an adventure. Host was always responsive to any questions. '

'The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room...
