'Hemos estado cómodos ,lo que no me gustó que uno de los días ni nos hicieron la habitación y no nos pusieron los geles de ducha ,la entrada a la estancia fue con una máquina que nos revisaba la reserva y nos dio las llaves y sin ver a ningún empleado '

'Ruis hotel is great if you only need a comfy bed and clean shower. It is very inconveniently located as it only connects to one direction of the freeway. If you want to go the other direction- it costs you 15 min to drive to the other side. Other than that - no issues'

'It is in the middle of Alicante which is quite conveniant. On the other hand was the check-in procedure quite difficult/cumbersome - which let me eventualy go to the connected Hotel (2 blocks down the street, which worked fine). Also the bed-couch wasn't cleaned which was not very nice, but very very quick resolved by the team -> this was a perfect response. In all we quite liked our stay @Tandem Portal de Elche and would realy recommend it.'
