'This was a great property! There was so much to do onsite that our teens were never on a phone. We fished, played horseshoes, had a campfire, explored the land, had a ping pong tournament, paddle boated, row boated, and cooked a great steak dinner. We even had eggs delivered form the next door neighbor that we enjoyed for breakfast. Everything was clean and clearly laid out. Easy drive for Houston and our friends joined from Dallas. Highly recommend!'

'The Barby Haus was such a great experience, the property is very clean and has everything you need! The host was so kind and communicative. We walked to the Kenny store for dinner and really enjoyed the area. Also perfect distance to round top. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone! '

'I wanted a relaxing birthday weekend to celebrate my 40th with my husband and friends. This was everything I wanted and more! The house was beautifully decorated and I was surprised multiple times at the small details that made it feel like home. The beds are very comfortable and huge. We spent most of our time outside on the deck or on the dock. Let me tell you-- the hot tub at sunset and watching the colors reflect off the pond is breathtaking.The host was very friendly and kept communication...

'We had a wonderful stay at the charming family bungalow in Brenham! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore yet tucked in a peaceful area for a relaxing getaway. The bungalow itself was spotless, cozy, and equipped with all the comforts of home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and well-kept amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. It was the ideal spot for our family, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we're in Brenham!'

'We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was the highlight of our trip. The girls absolutely loved it and it had everything we needed. The host was amazing and so thoughtful in every detail in the home. Perfect home and location, best place we have stayed at. '

'My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Fig Tree while visiting family nearby. The home was fresh & clean & very nicely decorated. The home included everything we needed & more. We only used the king bed in the master. It was extremely soft & comfortable. The neighborhood is fairly quiet although you can sometimes hear a loud car/truck/motorcycle on the next street over which is a main thoroughfare through Brenham.
