'Very nice little home. Reminded me of my grandparents old farm house. Great location for exploring the area. Easy to walk into downtown. Park is really close for little ones. Try Cave City Pizza. It was great! It was missing the futon in the second bedroom but the bunk beds were good.'

'We had a lovely time at the property. We grilled steaks, roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, played cards on the back patio, and slept wonderfully! The property is as listed other than the house next door is much closer than appears in the photos. This wasnlt a problem for us tgough. '

'We had a lovely, peaceful stay at this house. The deck was amazing, the views were spectacular. We enjoyed waking up to see deer, squirrels, chipmunks, birds and more. The fall color and fog rising off the water just added to the beauty. It was close enough to Mammoth Cave that we made trips on two separate days quite easily. The kitchen enabled us to make several meals. I will say one of the showers was a little on the tight side for my husband, who is over six feet, but it was manageable....

'My daughter, 21, and I stayed at this adorable little home for an impromptu spring break trip to Mammoth Cave National Park and a day trip to Nashville (just a 90 min. drive away). We were impressed with how well-planned the space was and it contained all the things we needed, including a hot plate and a decent size fridge. (Note it does not have a freezer, so plan accordingly). It was clean, cute, air-conditioned and we enjoyed having a fire each night in the fire pit, stargazing, and petting...

'Overall, a fun stay. The location is beautiful and not a bad drive to the local tourist attractions. Fully stocked kitchen and perfect sleeping accommodations for families. The outdoor corn hole was fun for our family.The listing is accurate and you can see it’s an older property. The floors are pretty creaky and for a light sleeper might be an issue but this would not preclude us from staying here again. Host was responsive and respectful. '

'Property is very nice and quiet far enough away from neighbors to allow my boys to be a little loud outdoors. All the beds are memory, foam and very comfortable. The amenities are great. I really enjoyed the outside deck and patio back. They have a number of DVDs and board games. They don't have a Blu-ray player. '

'The cabin is amazing! We just had trouble getting in contact with the manager/owner. We were going to use the griddle and no propane and no can opener. Otherwise it was great. '

'This stay was adorable. The place was clean and my toddler LOVED the bath tub! The chalk board was super fun and there were lots of cute books to read. It was easy to get into the place and to find it. The only drawback was that it is in the opposite side of Mammoth Cave than the visitor center, which is about 40 minutes from the house. However, there is a great park with a playground right near the home. Otherwise, it was great place!'

'Our stay at this cabin was fantastic! The property was beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for our family. One of our favorite moments was enjoying morning coffee on the porch while watching the horses—it was such a peaceful experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to Mammoth Cave and some great local restaurants. We highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing and memorable getaway!'

' The proximity to the things we wanted to do made this a good choice. We enjoyed the layout of the place, esp. the porches to enjoy coffee and watch wildlife. Our bed was was comfortable as well, very important to us. Appreciated the washer/dryer! A note to navigation: Having read another of the reviews that expressed concern about Hilltop Road, we found Jaggers Rd to be a great option as it is paved. '

'My family had a great time here. We have 4 adults and 4 kids and didn't feel on top of each other. My 4 year old asked if we can come back the next year. pros- very open living area upstairs- very cosy living area downstairs- great views everywhere- big and well furnished deck. - kids loved the kayaks- kitchen was a good size and well stocked- hosts were easy going and communicated well. - loft bedroom was more helpful than we thought it would be. - furniture was newer and in great condition.-...
