'Overall as advertised. Convenient location just off cebu road. There is an onsite caretaker who is extremely professional and friendly and who speaks excellent english, which is a big value for anyone without great cebuano. Highly recommend!'

'I really could appreciate the historic qualities of their two story with a quiet pool. They had attentive watch on property in a nestled part of what was once a full time resort city now in retirement. Their was some noise from the tall buildings nearby, but only serving to keep a sense of realty .'

'Big property. Clean. Though place was just a bit away from the main road of mactan, the place was worth it especially for the price. The rooms were clean and spacious.'

'オーナーはフレンドリーで親切だと思います。私たちはファミリータイプの宿を選択しましたがそこは地図に載っていない場所にありました。事前にもらった住所にはオーナーのアパートが記載されており、当日はそこからバイクで5分の場所に連れて行ってもらいました(ただし有料でした。歩くと50分かかると言われました。) アパートは写真通り綺麗でしたがキッチン周りには大量の蟻がいました。あとゴキブリにも一度会いました。仕方ないと思うしかないと思います。宿泊した翌日は不幸なことに停電に見舞われ家の中ら大変暑かったです。(オーナー曰く停電はかなり珍しいとのこと)結局やチェックアウトまで電力が回復することはありませんでした。 7人での宿泊で楽しい時間を過ごせたのは確かですが他の友人にこのアパートメントを勧めることはないと思います。とても行きにくい立地です。しかしフィリピンらしさを感じられるという意味では良いと思います。'

'I come to Phils 3x per year, I now have a new place to stay. They have larger western style clean rooms with plenty of space. Will definitely recommend to everyone that I come across.'

'Living area we found hot and uncomfortable. Bedrooms lacked bedside tables, nowhere to put our things. If not for Lon, we would have been lost. Could not locate information booklet that should contain local info etc. Other wise our stay was ok.'

'It’s not really what they said it is, it’s not near where they said it is and we had to pay additional $80 in addition to Expedia payment. It was unexpected. The property is okay.'

'I’ve stayed here twice , loved it both times. So clean and well kept . The renovated rooms are so unique and adorable . Walking distance to fast food or the mall, would definitely stay here next time in Cebu . '

"I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)"
